绿色工艺——第三代饮用水净化工艺的发展方向

摘要:绿色工艺就是要求对水的天然属性没有影响或影响削减到最小,是第三代饮用水净化工艺发展和变革的重要方向。第一代和第二代饮用水净化工艺中因需向水中投加多种化学药剂,会影响水的固有化学成分、含量及其存在形态,一般认为是非绿色工艺;而物理方法、物理化学方法、生物方法等对水的天然属性影响很小甚至没有影响,一般认为是绿色工艺。膜技术主要通过物理和物理化学作用去除水中污染物,净水过程中不需投加药剂,可最大程度地降低对水的天然属性的影响,并通过不同工艺的耦合与集成,可实现对不同污染物的强化去除,保障供水安全,是典型的绿色净水技术。以广州花都梯面水厂和文昌会文水厂为例,证实了饮用水膜滤技术绿色变革的可行性。

Green process:development direction of the third generation drinking water purification process

Abstract: Green purification process,with the requirement of exerting no or minimum impact on the natural properties of water,is the mainly developing and reforming direction of the third generation of drinking water purification process.Both the first and second generations of drinking water purification process,with a variety of chemical reagents addition into the water and accordingly conferring significant influence on the chemical composition,content and existing form of natural water resource,is generally considered as the non-green process.By comparison,the physical,physicochemical and biological methods with minimum or without influence on the natural properties of water,is generally regarded as the green purification technology.Membrane technology,which is mainly based on the physical and physicochemical rejection to remove the pollutants in water without any requirements of chemical addition and consequently can maximum reduce the negative influence on the natural properties of water resource during the purification,is identified as a typical green water purification technology.Furthermore,the pollutants removal performance can be enhanced through coupling and integrating different membrane technology to ensure the safety of water supply.In addition,the performance of both Guangzhou Timian drinking water treatment plant and Wenchang Huiwen drinking water treatment plant were systematically analyzed,successfully indicating the feasibility of green development of the membrane-based drinking water purification technology.
