超高空间公共建筑自动喷水灭火技术试验研究

摘要:针对国内外超大空间公共建筑日益增多,但缺乏有效和可靠的初期灭火手段的技术难题,在国内首次研制出超大流量闭式洒水喷头(K≥400)并在进行各项功能试验的基础上,通过建立标准火灾试验模型,以全尺寸火灾试验的方式,在国际上首次开展了净空高度不低于22m超大空间公共建筑自动喷水灭火系统实体灭火试验。研究结果显示,自动喷水灭火系统能够在火灾初期启动,在试验设定的喷水强度下,系统能够有效控制火势的蔓延,但未能实现抑制功能。

Experimental study on sprinkler systems for commercial buildings in high-clearance occupancy

Abstract: In view of the increasing number of high-clearance commercial buildings at home and abroad,but the lack of effective and reliable means of initial fire fighting,the extra large orifice closed sprinkler(K≥400)was developed for the first time in China.On the basis of various functional tests,the standard fire test model was established,and the full-scale fire test was carried out for the first time in the world.The fire-fighting experiment of automatic sprinkler system in 22 m high-clearance commercial buildings was carried out.The results show that the automatic sprinkler system can be started in the early stage of fire,and the system can effectively control the spread of fire under the water spray density set in the test,but can not achieve the suppression function.
