基于DEMATEL-ISM的既有建筑节能改造推广影响因素研究

摘要:影响既有建筑节能改造推广的因素众多。在对既有建筑节能改造推广的影响因素进行识别的基础上,运用DEMATEL-ISM模型,确定既有建筑节能改造的关键影响因素及各个因素之间的层级结构和作用路径。结果表明:既有建筑节能改造推广的影响因素可以划分为5个层级,其中政府激励监管力度和法律法规健全程度为深层致因,ESCO技术水平、支付意愿和宣传推广力度是表层致因。中心度排名前三位的影响因素分别为政府激励监管力度、信息公开程度和支付意愿。依据分析结果,提出了相应建议。

Influencing Factors of Energy Saving Retrofit of Existing Buildings Based on DEMATEL-ISM Model

Abstract: There are many factors affecting the promotion of energy-saving retrofit of existing buildings.Based on the identification of the influencing factors of the promotion of energy-saving retrofit of existing buildings,the DEMATEL-ISM model is used to determine the key influencing factors of energy-saving retrofit of existing buildings and the hierarchical structure and action path between various factors.The results show that the influencing factors of energy-saving retrofit and promotion of existing buildings can be divided into five levels,of which the government incentive and supervision and the soundness of laws and regulations are the deep causes,and the ESCO technical level,willingness to pay and publicity and promotion are the surface causes.The top three influencing factors of centrality are government incentive and supervision,information disclosure and willingness to pay.According to the analysis results,the corresponding suggestions are put forward.
