工程造价市场化改革的路径研究
摘要：目前工程造价市场化改革已经进入破冰阶段，工程造价管理体系和制度将打破计划经济留下的种种弊端，由市场做出选择和决定。本文在梳理国外典型国家工程造价市场化模式和我国工程造价运作特征的基础上，从清单计量计价规则、综合单价、定额、生产要素价格等方面，分析我国工程造价市场化改革存在的问题并提出相关建议。

Research on the Reform Path of Engineering Cost to Marketization
Abstract: The current engineering cost reform has entered the ice-breaking stage，and the engineering cost management system and institution will break the concrete state of planned economic construction，and it is up to the market to choose and decide.This article combs typical foreign engineering cost marketization models and the operational characteristics of engineering cost in China，analyzes the problems in the engineering cost market from the aspects of list measurement and pricing rules，comprehensive unit price，quotas，and production factor price.Finally，puts forward relevant suggestions.
