摘要:室内钢结构加固改造由于受制于加固顺序、施工条件、安装方式及起重设备的性能等,较外部结构及室外结构的加固改造,具有杆件安装分段更小、数量更多、现场焊接量更大的特点。广州越秀展览中心改造工程中,节点结构功能发生改变,需在钢管混凝土柱(CFT)负荷状态下对节点区进行改造加固。介绍了既有CFT柱梁节点区域加固改造的技术路线、思路、设计条件。重点阐述A、B两类节点加固改造设计,其中A类节点为大跨度越层桁架端部的斜杆交汇节点,B类节点为大跨度跨层桁架端部弦杆节点。从减少现场焊接量、保护原结构、减缓“应力滞后”三个关键目标出发,对加固改造前后的A、B节点进行了应力、损伤等性能分析。最后对节点的焊接工艺要求进行了介绍。本项目已投入使用,节点安全,结构运行良好。

Abstract: Reinforcement and reconstruction of indoor steel structures are subject to the reinforcement sequence, construction conditions, installation methods and performance of lifting equipment, etc., and compared with the reinforcement and reconstruction of the external structure and outdoor structure, it has the characteristics of smaller installation sections, more quantity and larger on-site welding volume. In the reconstruction project of Guangzhou Yuexiu Exhibition Center, the function of the joint structure has changed, and the joint area needs to be reconstructed and strengthened under the load state of the concrete-filled steel tube(CFT) column. The technical route, ideas and design conditions for the reinforcement and reconstruction of the existing CFT column-beam joint area were introduced. The reinforcement and reconstruction design of two types joints A and B were mainly expounded, in which type A joint is the intersection joint of inclined rods at the end of large-span cross-story trusses, and type B joint is chord joint at the ends of large-span cross-story trusses. Starting from the three key goals of reducing the amount of on-site welding, protecting the original structure, and alleviating the "stress lag", the stress, damage and other properties of the type A and B joints before and after reinforcement and reconstruction were analyzed. Finally, the welding process requirements of the joints were introduced. Now the project is put into use, the joints are safe and the structure is running well.
