摘要:南太湖主地标集中商业为大体量超限高层商业建筑,平面呈L形,采用钢筋混凝土框架(局部钢框架)结构体系,平面布置复杂。存在扭转不规则、凹凸不规则、楼板不连续、局部不规则(斜柱、穿层柱、个别构件转换)及结构超长等特点。通过多种计算软件进行弹性、弹塑性分析和结构抗震性能化设计,并进行了超长结构的温度应力作用分析、商业联桥的舒适度验算并采用TMD阻尼器对联桥舒适度进行控制,以及框架柱的屈曲分析。分析结果表明,主地标集中商业结构能达到设定的性能目标要求,结构各项指标能较好地满足规范的相关要求。

Abstract: The main landmark concentrates commerce of South Taihu Lake is an out-of-code high-rise commercial building, the volume of the building is enormous and the plane is L-shaped, the structural form is reinforced concrete frame and some local structures are steel frame. The plane layout is relatively complex, which is characterized by torsion irregular, concave and convex irregular, floor discontinuity, local irregular(inclined column, through column, individual component conversion) and the structure is super long and so on. The elastic and elastic-plastic analysis, structure seismic performance-based design, temperature stress analysis of super long structure, comfort check calculation of commercial brace bridge, vibration reduction control analysis on the brace bridge by TMD, and buckling analysis of frame columns were performed by multiple calculation softwares. The analysis results show that the main landmark concentrates commerce can meet the set performance target requirements, and the various indicators of the structure can better meet the relevant requirements of the specification.
