摘要:湖州南太湖CBD主地标塔楼为高度318m的高度超限项目,采用钢管混凝土框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒-伸臂桁架-环带桁架结构体系。项目外形为曲面形体,底部分叉类似人字形结构,结构外框采用小角度斜柱拟合建筑形体,两塔楼底部由连接桁架相连。介绍了针对人字形结构特点的基础设计策略,以及结构的刚重比、剪重比、层间位移角、框架承担剪力比例等整体指标情况;比较了单塔模型与连体模型结构的自振周期和分塔水平位移,分析了表现出分塔动力特性的首阶振型,结果表明当上部连体结构约束住分塔的变形时,按立面开洞判定的单塔计算模型能够准确反映出人字形结构的整体特性;此外,还介绍了连接体、伸臂桁架、环带桁架、底部通高柱及顶部28m×31m拉索幕墙自平衡钢外框的分析与设计。

Abstract: The main landmark tower in South Taihu CBD of Huzhou is an out-of-code project with a height of 318 m. It adopts a concrete-filled steel tube frame-reinforced concrete core tube-outrigger truss-ring belt truss structure system. The geometric shape of the tower is curved plane, and the bottom structure is similar to a herringbone structure. The outer frame of the structure adopts a small-angle inclined column to fit the building shape, and the bottom of the two towers is connected by a conjoined truss. The basic design strategy according to the characteristics of the herringbone structure, as well as the overall indicators such as the stiffness gravity ratio, shear gravity ratio, displacement angle, and frame shear ratio were introduced. The natural vibration period and the horizontal displacement of the sub-tower of the single-tower model and the conjoined model structure were compared, and the first-order mode shape showing the dynamic characteristics of the sub-tower was analyzed. The results show that when the upper conjoined structure restrains the deformation of the sub-tower, the single-tower calculation model determined by the facade opening can accurately reflect the overall characteristics of the herringbone structure; in addition, the connection members, outrigger truss, ring-belt truss, bottom double-height column, and the analysis and design of balanced steel outer frame of the top 28 m×31 m cable curtain wall were also introduced.
