摘要:微医国际数字健康中心N1号楼为混凝土框架-剪力墙结构,底部设置38m跨35m高的通高大厅,通高大厅上部结构结合建筑造型采用拱形斜柱转换,高效传递竖向荷载和控制转换结构竖向变形。23层及屋面设置贝壳状连接体,连接体采用空间整体钢桁架,与两侧主体结构铰接连接,对连体钢桁架进行了特征值屈曲分析和舒适度分析,结果表明连体钢桁架具有足够的冗余度和良好的舒适度。进行了楼盖受力分析及超长结构温度应力、混凝土收缩应力分析,并采取了相应的措施;底部通高大厅采用单层拉索幕墙,对拉索幕墙及拉索固定支座构件进行了分析,根据分析结果采取了相应的加强措施。结果表明:结构受力合理,实现了结构安全和建筑造型创意的完美结合。

Abstract: Building N1 of WeDoctor International Digital Health Center is a concrete frame-shear wall structure with a 38 m-span and 35 m-high through-height hall at the bottom, and the upper structure of the through-height hall adopts an arch-shaped inclined column conversion in combination with the building shape to transfer vertical loads efficiently and control vertical deformation of the conversion structure. Shell-shaped linkers are set on the 23 rd floor and roof, and the linkers are spatially integral steel trusses, which are hingedly connected with the main structure on both sides, and the eigenvalue buckling analysis and comfort analysis of the connected steel trusses were carried out, and the results show that the connected steel trusses have sufficient redundancy and good comfort. The building cover force analysis and the analysis of temperature stress and concrete shrinkage stress of the extra-long structure were carried out, and corresponding measures were taken; the single-layer cable curtain wall was adopted for the bottom through-height hall, and the analysis of the cable curtain wall and the cable fixed support members was carried out, and corresponding strengthening measures were taken according to the analysis results. The results show that the structural stresses are reasonable, and the perfect combination of structural safety and creative architectural modeling is achieved.
