摘要:粤海金融中心塔楼A地上建筑高度284.0m,采用带一道伸臂桁架加强层的钢管混凝土柱钢框架+钢筋混凝土核心筒混合结构。其外框由8根柱距为25.5m的巨型钢管混凝土柱和四角悬挑约11m的钢梁组成,为超200m高且仅有8根巨柱组成的带大跨度、大悬挑楼盖的框架-核心筒结构。为提高结构的抗侧刚度,在38层(避难层)设置一道伸臂桁架,与伸臂桁架相连的剪力墙内设置钢桁架。本项目存在扭转不规则、偏心布置、楼板不连续、含加强层等多项超限项,按照设定的性能目标,对结构进行弹性计算、中震验算,并采用Perform-3D软件进行了罕遇地震作用下的弹塑性动力时程分析,针对薄弱部位采取了有针对性的加强措施。结果表明:各项指标均满足规范要求,结构受力合理,安全经济。

Abstract: The above ground building height of tower A of Guangdong Holdings Limited Bay Contemporary Center is 284.0 m, and the hybrid structure of CFST steel frame + RC core tube with one outrigger truss reinforcement layer is adopted. Its outer frame is composed of 8 giant concrete-filled steel tubular columns with a column spacing of 25.5 m and steel beams with a cantilever of about 11 m at the four corners. It is the frame-core tube structure with long span and large cantilevered floor, which is over 200 m high and consists of only 8 giant columns. In order to improve the lateral stiffness of the structure, an outrigger truss is set on the 38 floor(refuge floor), and a steel truss is set in the shear wall connected with the outrigger truss. There were many out of limit items in the project, such as irregular torsion, eccentric layout, discontinuous floor slab, including strengthened story and so on. According to the predefined performance objectives, elastic caculation and checking caculation under fortification earthquakes were conducted, and elastic-plastic dynamic time-history analysis under rare earthquakes was carried out by using Perform-3 D software, targeted strengthening measures had been taken for weak areas. The results show that all the indicators meet the requirements of the specification, the structural force is reasonable, and it is safe and economical.
