建筑领域碳中和相关定义、目标及技术路线概览

摘要:温室气体排放导致的全球气候变化愈发严重,作为重要的用能终端,我国建筑建造和运行相关的碳排放量约占全社会的42%,因此,制定合理的建筑减排目标和政策对我国2060年实现碳中和目标有重要影响。为了科学推进我国的建筑碳减排相关工作,本文梳理了国内外建筑领域碳达峰与碳中和关键名词的定义及低碳建筑和零碳建筑等相关概念,分析了英国、加拿大、新加坡等发达国家建筑领域的碳减排目标政策和实施技术路线,总结了我国现有建筑领域减排工作的有关政策并提出了一些建议。旨在助力我国建筑领域减排政策的制定,以及建筑领域碳达峰和碳中和目标的早日实现。

Overview of implications, targets and technical paths of carbon neutrality in building sector

Abstract: In recent years, the global warming caused by greenhouse gas emissions has become more and more serious. In China, the carbon emissions in the construction and operation phase of building sector account for about 42% of the whole society's carbon emissions. Therefore, the formulation of reasonable building emission reduction targets and policies has an important impact on the realization of China's 2060 carbon neutrality. In order to promote the building carbon emission reduction work in China, this paper summarizes the implications of key terms related to carbon peaking and carbon neutrality in the building sector at home and abroad and the concepts related to low-carbon building and zero-carbon building, analyses the carbon emission reduction target policies and implementation technical paths in the building sector of some developed countries such as the United Kingdom, Canada, Singapore, etc., and summarizes China's existing policies related to emission reduction work in the building sector and puts forward some suggestions. It aims to help the formulation of China's building emission reduction policy and the early realization of the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality targets in the building sector.
