中信技术研发基地项目冷热源及空调系统设计

摘要:介绍了中信技术研发基地生产运营楼和研发办公楼冷热源及空调系统设计。研发办公楼利用生产运营楼数据机房余热作为空调热源,空调系统采用温湿度独立控制系统;新风系统采用双盘管冷源,充分利用高温水能量,并利用室内排风对新风进行再热,防止结露。生产运营楼采用冷水机组作为冷源,数据机房空调系统采用高架空地板下送风形式,新风系统新风量按换气次数为0.8 h-1设计,冬夏季采用室内露点温度送风,控制室内湿度。生产运营楼数据机房实际运行工况下电能利用效率(PUE)为1.26。

Design of cold and heat sources and air conditioning systems for CITIC technology research and development base project

Abstract: This paper presents the design of cold and heat sources and air conditioning systems in the production and operation building and the research and development office building of the CITIC technology research and development base. The research and development office building uses waste heat from the data room of the production and operation building as the air conditioning heat source, and the air conditioning system adopts a temperature and humidity independent control system. The outdoor air system adopts a double coil cold source, makes full use of high temperature water energy, and uses indoor exhaust air to reheat the outdoor air to prevent condensation. The chiller is used as the cold source in the production and operation building, and the air conditioning system of the data room adopts the form of air supply under the elevated floor. The outdoor air volume of the outdoor air system is designed according to the air change rate of 0.8 h-1. The indoor dew point temperature is used for the air supply temperature in winter and summer to control the indoor humidity. The actual power utilization efficiency(PUE) in the data room of the production and operation building is 1.26.
