严寒地区新型空气源热泵新风机组性能研究

摘要:为保障建筑室内空气品质,解决严寒地区新风加热问题,提出将室内回风与新风混合,提高新风温度,再利用空气源热泵室内侧换热器加热混合空气的新型空气源热泵新风机组。针对哈尔滨冬季气象参数,采用理论与实验相结合的方法,对新风机组的系统形式、运行效果及节能性进行了分析。结果表明,新风机组能够在保证新风量和送风温度的条件下稳定运行,测试期间COP能够维持在3.0左右,最高达到4.3,具有良好的节能性和环保性。

Research on performance of a novel outdoor air handling unit with air-source heat pump in severe cold zone

Abstract: To ensure the indoor air quality and solve the problem of heating outdoor air in severe cold zone, a novel outdoor air handling unit with air-source heat pump is proposed, which mixes indoor return air and outdoor air to increase the temperature of outdoor air, and then uses the indoor side heat exchanger of the air-source heat pump to heat the mixed air. The system form, operation performance and energy-saving performance of the outdoor air handling unit are analysed through experimental and theoretical methods based on the meteorological parameters in Harbin in winter. The results show that the outdoor air unit could operate stably under the premise of ensuring the supply air temperature and the outdoor air rate. The COP remains around 3.0 and its maximum value reaches 4.3 during the test period. These indicate that the experimental unit has good performances in energy-saving and environmental protection.
