延庆冬奥村项目配电通信及自动化监控设计
摘要:在项目的设计过程中,变配电系统作为项目是否能正常使用的关键因素,不仅需要考虑变配电系统的可靠性,而且需要从后期的运行、管理、保障等方面因素出发,完成系统的通信及监控设计。特别是大型的重点项目,往往在特殊时期,系统的保障会由专人在上级平台进行监控与管理,而如果没有一个完整的通信链路及自动化监控功能,则不能完成该系统整体的协同管理。配电通信及自动化监控系统在整个变配电系统中起到很重要的作用,因此,应在项目设计时纳入整体的系统设计。

Design of Power Distribution Communication and Automation Monitoring for Winter Olympic Village
Abstract: In the design process of the project, the power transformation and distribution system as a key factor for the normal use of the project, not only needs to consider the reliability of the power transformation and distribution system, but also needs to complete the communication and monitoring design of the system from the later operation, management, security and other factors. Especially for large-scale projects in special periods, the support of the system will be monitored and managed by special personnel on the superior platform. Without a complete communication link and automatic monitoring function, the overall collaborative management of the system can not be completed. Distribution communication and automatic monitoring system plays a very important role in the whole power transformation and distribution system. Therefore, the overall system design should be included in the project design.
