办公建筑的智慧共享停车建设实践
摘要：当下日益增长的机动车数量与配套车位不足的矛盾愈发严重，停车已经成为一个社会难题。而在传统运维方式下，停车位难以最大化利用，物业运维人员也难以高效率的参与到停车位的管理中，本文所述项目存在自己的特殊性，无法直接使用市面上主流的智慧共享停车系统，为了解决上述问题，本文搭建了一个软硬件相结合的基于云平台的智慧共享停车运维管理方案，结合具体的实践建设过程，给读者展现了基于云平台运维的多种智慧化建设措施及应用成果。

Construction Practice of Intelligent Shared Parking in Headquarters Office Building
Abstract: In the current environment, the contradiction between the increasing number of motor vehicles and the lack of supporting parking spaces is becoming more and more serious. Parking has become a very troublesome problem in society. Under the traditional operation and maintenance mode, it is difficult to maximize the use of parking spaces, and it is difficult for property operation and maintenance personnel to participate in the management of parking spaces efficiently. In addition, the headquarters office building has its own particularity and can not directly use the mainstream intelligent shared parking system in the market, so as to alleviate parking problems, a smart shared parking operation and maintenance management scheme based on cloud platform with the combination of software and hardware is built, combined with the specific practical construction process, we show readers a variety of intelligent construction measures and application results based on cloud platform operation and maintenance.
