运维设计先行、打造智慧运维的科技园
摘要:本文对某科技园区业主主导的运维设计进行了简要阐述,提出了运维设计先行的概念,依据相关规范分析并介绍了本工程所实施的设施管理、空间管理、应急管理、业务支持管理设计这四个智慧运维设计涵盖的内容,最后从业主的角度对如何开展智慧运维设计提出了建议。

Operation and Maintenance Design First to Develop the Science and Technology Park of Intelligent Operation and Maintenance
Abstract: This paper briefly expounds the owner-led operation and maintenance design of a science and technology park, and puts forward the concept of operation and maintenance design first, analyzing and introducing the contents of the four intelligent operation and maintenance designs implemented in this project, namely, facility management, space management, emergency management and business support management design, according to relevant specifications. Finally, suggestions on how to carry out intelligent operation and maintenance design are given from the perspective of owners.
