非现场执法超限超载检测系统方案设计探讨
摘要：以非现场执法超限超载检测系统的设计及成功实施为案例，阐述该系统建设的背景、意义以及设计思路。系统的成功建设，有效地遏制了非正常营运车辆的通行，有效地保护了公路的正常运行秩序，减少了因超载车辆而引发的一系列交通事故的发生，既保护了环境，同时又提高了道路的通行能力。

Discussion on the Scheme Design of Off-site Law Enforcement Overrun and Overload Detection System
Abstract: The article takes the design and successful implementation of the off-site law enforcement over-limit and overload detection system as a case, expounds the background, significance and detailed design of the system.
