浅谈BIM技术在办公楼智慧运维中的应用
摘要：通过深入分析基于BIM技术的智慧运维平台，结合基于BIM技术建立的办公楼空间运维平台应用实例，论证该应用模式的可行性、优越性和可推广性，展现BIM技术在办公楼智慧运维应用效果。

Application of BIM Technology in Intelligent Operation and Maintenance of Office Building
Abstract: Through in-depth understanding of intelligent operation and maintenance using BIM Technology, combined with the application example of office building property space operation and maintenance platform established based on BIM Technology, this paper demonstrates the feasibility, superiority and popularization of this application mode, and shows readers a good vision of applying BIM Technology in the practical application of office building intelligent operation and maintenance.
