智慧养老中的运维设计——以南陵县智慧养老项目为例

摘要：本文对某智慧养老项目的运维设计进行了简要阐述，提出了运维设计先行的概念，分析了智慧运维设计涵盖的设施管理、空间管理、应急管理、业务支持管理设计这四个方面的内容，介绍了云平台技术、大数据技术、物联网技术、适度人工干预技术这四个运维基本技术在该项目的具体应用，最后对智慧运维设计在居家养老领域的发展现状和前景进行了分析展望。

Operation and Maintenance Design in Smart Elderly Care: Take Nanling County Smart Pension Project as an Example

Abstract: This paper briefly describes the operation and maintenance design of a smart elderly care project, and puts forward the concept of operation and maintenance design first, and analyzes the four aspects of intelligent operation and maintenance design, including facility management, space management, emergency management and business support management design. The specific application of cloud platform technology, big data technology, Internet of Things technology and moderate manual intervention technology in the project is introduced. Finally, the development status and prospects of intelligent operation and maintenance design in the field of home care are analyzed and prospected.
