复合盾构盘形滚刀在石英岩地层掘进中的应用研究

摘要:基于实际工程项目,对复合盾构在石英岩地层中掘进的滚刀使用数量进行预测,用以指导盾构滚刀的实际使用。将滚刀预测数量与实际使用数量进行对比分析,找出滚刀的消耗规律和损耗类型。进一步通过滚刀换刀失败案例,说明滚刀的非正常损坏连带性很强,提出以控制贯入度为主、准确把握换刀时机等相关改进措施,对减少滚刀的非正常磨损效果十分明显。

Application and Research of Composite Shield Disc Cutter in Quartzite Stratum Excavation

Abstract: Based on the actual project, the quantity of the disc cutter used by the composite TBM in the quartzite stratum was predicted to guide the actual use of the disc cutter. The predicted quantity of disc cutter was compared with the actual quantity to find out the regularity of disc cutter consumption and the type of abrasion. Through the failure case of disc cutter changing, it was introduced that the abnormal damage of disc cutter co-movement was very strong, and the improvement measures, such as controlling penetration and accurately grasping the timing of disc cutter changing and so on, were put forward, which had obvious effect on reducing the abnormal abrasion of disc cutter.
