新型双索万向连接装置研究

摘要:传统牵索挂篮的斜拉索连接装置通过滑块适应斜拉索的角度变化,同时将张拉索力传至挂篮结构,但对斜拉索为中央索面且无固定交点的主梁难以适用。鉴于传统牵索挂篮斜拉索连接装置在施工过程中的局限性,以空间索斜拉桥主梁施工挂篮设计为依托,创新设计了新型双索万向连接装置,成功解决了传统牵索装置不能适应斜拉索施工过程张拉的难题,保证了施工安全。

Study on a New Universal Connection Device with Double Cables

Abstract: The traditional cable-stayed cable connection device adapts to the angle change of the cable through the slider, the force of tension cable is transmitted to the hanging basket structure at the same time.but it is difficult to apply the main girder with the cable-stayed cable plan with no fixed intersection point. In view of the limitation of the connection device of traditional fore-fulcra hanging basket in the process of construction,based on the construction project of the cable-stayed bridge,the new universal connection device is designed innovatively for the double cables,the problem that traditional connection device can not meet the cable tensioning in construction process is solved successfully, which ensures the construction safety.
