沪通长江大桥天生港专用航道桥三主肋柔性拱合龙施工技术

摘要:沪通长江大桥天生港专用航道桥为主跨336m刚性梁柔性拱结构,三主肋柔性拱采用梁上拼装、竖转到位、跨中合龙工艺。大跨三主肋柔性拱结构平面刚度较小,合龙口影响因素较多,且合龙精度要求高,合龙难度较大。实施过程中通过合龙口敏感性分析及精度控制指标确定合龙口调位工装系统,实现合龙口姿态及拱肋整体线形的精确控制,效果较好。

Abstract: Tianshenggang Special Channel Bridge of Hutong Yangtze River Bridge is a rigid beam-flexible arch structure with a main span of 336 m. The flexible arch with three main ribs is assembled on the beam, vertically turned in place and closed in the middle of the span.The plan stiffness of large-span flexible arch structure with three main ribs is small, and there are many factors affecting the closure, and the closure precision is high, and the closure is difficult.In the process of implementation, the sensitivity analysis and precision control index of the closing mouth are used to determine the positioning adjustment tooling system of the closing mouth, so as to realize the precise control of the closing mouth posture and the overall shape of the arch rib, and the effect is good.
