大跨度拱桥钢拱肋卧-立组合式制造与施工技术

摘要:拱桥钢拱肋厂内加工制造精度是决定拱肋架设过程中能否实现高精度合龙的重要环节,也是确保拱肋成拱线形的关键因素。以梅溪河特大桥为工程背景,采用卧-立组合式制造施工技术,通过对拱肋节段控制点进行两次坐标转换,单肢卧拼和整体立拼双重线形控制,确保钢拱肋节段厂内制造精度。并由试拼装检测及现场架设成拱线形可知,卧-立组合式制造施工技术在钢拱肋加工制造精度控制方面取得良好效果。

Horizontal-vertical Combined Manufacturing and Construction Technology of the Steel Arch Rib for Long Span Arch Bridge

Abstract: The accuracy of manufacturing in steel arch rib factory for arch bridges is an important step to determine whether high precision closure can be achieved in arch rib erection, which is also a key factor to ensure arch rib alignment. The construction technique of horizontal-vertical combined manufacturing is adopted for making Meixi River Bridge. The control points of arch rib segments are converted twice by coordinate system in this paper. The single limb horizontal assembly and the whole vertical assembly are controlled to ensure the good manufacturing accuracy of steel arch rib segments. Through the assembly test detection and the line shape effect of field erection arch, it can be seen that the horizontal-vertical combined manufacturing technique gets a good result in the precision control of making the steel arch rib.
