摘要:为研究分布式连接全装配RC楼盖(DCPCD)中板缝连接对楼盖振动特性的影响,进行了2个DCPCD试件和1个现浇楼盖试件在四边简支条件下的对比试验。采用锤击法对3个试件进行模态试验,研究板缝连接件对DCPCD的模态振型、阻尼比和自振频率等模态参数的影响,并施加多种人行荷载激励,研究板缝连接件对DCPCD振动响应的影响。结果表明:板缝连接件可有效提高DCPCD的整体性,降低结构阻尼比,增大自振频率,大幅降低振动加速度;对基于正交双向异性板振动理论得出的DCPCD自振频率和峰值加速度的理论方法进行计算对比,与试验值吻合良好;分析了不同边界支承条件对DCPCD舒适度的影响,可通过改变边界支承条件使DCPCD满足舒适度要求;基于舒适度和经济性的考虑,建议横纵向刚度比取值在0.3~0.75之间。

Research on influence of slab joint connector on vertical vibration characteristics of untopped precast RC floor

Abstract: To study the influence of the slab joint connectors in discretely connected precast RC diaphragm(DCPCD) on the vibration characteristics of the floor, a comparative test of two DCPCD specimens and a cast-in-situ slab specimen under the condition of four-sided simply supported was carried out. The modal test was carried out on three specimens by the hammering method to study the influence of the slab joint connectors on the modal parameters such as the modal shape, damping ratio and natural frequency of the DCPCD. A variety of pedestrian load excitations were applied to study the influence of the slab joint connectors on the vibration response of the DCPCD. The results show that the slab joint connectors can effectively improve the integrity of the DCPCD, reduce the structural damping ratio, increase the natural frequency, and greatly reduce the vibration acceleration. Comparing the theoretical method of DCPCD natural frequency and peak acceleration based on the vibration theory of orthogonal two-way anisotropic plate, it is in good agreement with the experimental value. The influence of different boundary support conditions on the serviceability of DCPCD was analyzed, and the DCPCD can meet the serviceability requirements by changing the boundary support conditions. Based on serviceability and economical considerations, it is recommended that the stiffness ratio between the orthogonal slab laying direction and the slab laying direction be between 0.3~0.75.
