摘要:华润置地总部大厦属于超B级高度的超限高层建筑。为了确定性能最优、最符合建筑设计要求的结构方案,项目在方案阶段对各种可能的结构方案进行了细致的比选,包括抗侧力体系比选、楼盖体系比选和结构柱形式比选等。抗侧力体系比选,对混合结构方案的伸臂桁架或环桁架加强层进行敏感性分析来确定其数量与最优楼层;对混凝土结构方案明确仅需要在43层南北侧设置转换桁架就可以满足规范对整体指标的要求。楼盖体系比选着重比较了各结构方案能实现的净高。对各种结构柱形式的优缺点进行了详细的比较从而确定最优的结构柱形式。最后总结和比较了各结构方案的优缺点并确定最终结构方案。

Abstract: Headquarter of China Resources Land Limited is super high-rise building exceeding B-level requirement of height in the Chinese code. In order to obtain the structural system with the optimal structural performance and best meet the architectural requirement, various possible structural systems were carefully compared at schematic design phrase, which included the comparison of lateral resisting systems, gravity systems and form of structural columns. For comparison of lateral resisting system, the number and optimal floors for the strengthened floors with outrigger or belt truss for hybrid structural system were determined via sensitivity analysis. Only transfer truss at the north and south sides of the tower at the 43th floor were required for concrete structural system to meet the code requirement of overall performance. The comparison of gravity system mainly focused on the clear height achieved by various structural systems. The pros and cons of various forms of structural columns were carefully compared to determine the optimal form of structural columns. Lastly, the advantages and disadvantages of various structural systems were summarized and compared to determine the optimal structural system.
