摘要:为了验证抗震性能等级的标准,使用设计实例比较了静力计算和时程反应分析的结果。解释了验证流程和分析条件,以及用于验证的地震波。在这些地震波中,覆盖层放大系数使用的是MLIT告示的简化法。验证用地震波和实际设计使用告示波的比较表明,验证用地震波得到的响应值较大,约为告示波的1.2~1.3倍。

Commentary to the 2021 edition of the JSCA performance-based seismic design manual part 3:verification of judgment criteria with the design examples——verification flow and seismic waves

Abstract: In order to verify the criteria for seismic performance grade, the results of static design and dynamic response analysis were compared using design examples. The verification flow and analysis conditions were explained, as well as the seismic waves used for verification. In the verification wave, the approximate value shown in the notification of MLIT were used for the amplification factor of the surface. Comparison between the design waves in the actual showed that the dynamic response to the verification wave was 1.2 to 1.3 times severer.
