摘要:装配式建筑在国家政策的大力支持下逐渐兴起,钢板混凝土组合剪力墙结构作为一种高效的抗侧力体系,其与装配式建筑的结合成为土木工程领域当前的研究热点。基于钢结构节点连接的可靠性与便捷性特点,提出了一种预埋T型板连接装配式组合剪力墙,建立了同尺寸的现浇组合剪力墙和装配式组合剪力墙的精细化有限元分析模型,并将二者分析结果进行对比,验证了该连接方式的可行性与可靠性;在此基础上,通过一系列试验对二者的滞回曲线、骨架曲线、延性系数和抗侧刚度等进行对比分析和抗剪承载力理论验算,结果表明预埋T型板连接装配式组合剪力墙的耗能能力、承载能力、延性性能和抗侧性能均有所降低,基本满足抗震性能要求。通过对比分析发现,轴压比和高宽比对T型板连接装配式墙体承载性能有一定影响,设计时应给予足够的重视。

Study on seismic properties of prefabricated composite shear walls with T-plate connections

Abstract: With the strong support of national policies, prefabricated buildings are emerging gradually. As an efficient lateral force resistance system, the steel-concrete composite shear wall(SCCSW) has become a research hotspot in the field of prefabricated buildings in civil engineering. Based on the reliability and convenience characteristics of steel structure joint connection, a prefabricated composite shear walls with T-plate bolted connections was proposed. The refined finite element analysis model of cast-in-place composite shear wall and the prefabricated composite shear wall with the same size were established, and the analysis results of the two were compared to verify the feasibility and reliability of the connection method. On this basis, a series of tests were carried out around the parameters of hysteretic curve, skeleton curve, ductility coefficient and lateral stiffness between the above two models, and the shear bearing capacity was compared by simulation and theoretical method. The result shows that the proposed prefabricated composite shear walls with T-plate bolted connections could meet the seismic performance requirements although there were a little declines in energy dissipation capacity, bearing capacity, ductility and lateral resistance comparing with cast-in-place model. It is found that the axial pressure ratio and aspect ratio have a certain impact on the bearing performance of the prefabricated composite shear walls with T-plate bolted connections and suggested that enough attention should be paid during design process.
