摘要:以某高层建筑连体结构为案例,针对其建筑总高度不高、连接体体量相对较大的特点,对连接体两侧的主体结构进行了框架-剪力墙结构、屈曲约束支撑框架结构、框架结构三种结构体系的选型分析,并对连接体所采用的钢桁架形式进行了优化选型分析,最终采用了主体结构为框架结构、连接体钢桁架以腹杆受拉为主的整体结构形式。研究了该连体结构的自振特性、层间刚度及层间位移角的分布特征。对该连体结构的一些关键问题进行了研究,包括连接体钢桁架上下弦楼板应力、关键构件和节点的设计、抗连续倒塌能力以及构件性能目标和大震下结构的变形和损伤情况。分析结果表明,该高层连体结构的结构选型合理,结构具有较好的整体性,关键构件和节点的设计均能达到预设的性能目标且构造合理,连体结构具有较好的抗连续倒塌能力,可满足大震不倒的性能目标要求。

Research on design of a high-rise building with connected structure

Abstract: Taking a high-rise building with connected structure as an example, according to its characteristics of low total height and relatively large volume of the connected body, the selection analysis of three structural systems of the main structure on both sides of the connected body was carried out, including frame-shear wall structure, buckling constrained brace frame structure and frame structure, and the optimization selection analysis of the steel truss form adopted by the connected body was carried out, then overall structural form which the main structure is frame structure and the connected truss with tension web member were adopted. The self-vibrating characteristic, interlayer stiffness and interlayer displacement angle distribution characteristic of the connected structure were studied, and some key problems of the connected structure were studied, including the floor stress of top and bottom chord of the connected steel truss, the design of key members and joints, the capability of the anti-progressive collapse, the performance targets of members, and the deformation and damage of the structure under rare earthquake. The analysis results show that the structure selection of the high-rise connected structure is reasonable, the structure has a good integrity, the design of key members and joints can reach the prescribed performance target and have reasonable detail constructions, the connected structure has well anti-progressive collapse capability, which can meet the performance target requirement of no collapse under rare earthquake.
