摘要:南京雨花台区人民法院结构高度31.65m,平面尺寸为44.4m×49.4m,采用钢筋混凝土框架结构。3~7层每层沿西侧均悬挑9.1m,悬挑部分结构形式为框架柱上伸出悬挑钢梁,同时柱上设置斜拉杆拉结悬挑钢梁远端,并在悬挑端部设置钢柱,形成空间受力体系。2层楼板大面积缺失,导致楼板不连续和穿层柱等不规则项。通过PKPM和MIDAS软件,对结构进行了弹性时程分析、动力弹塑性时程分析、抗连续性倒塌分析、楼板应力分析、楼盖舒适度分析等。结果表明,结构满足正常使用极限状态及承载能力极限状态要求,支承斜拉杆的框架柱、斜拉杆和悬挑钢梁关键构件满足拟定的抗震性能化目标,结构安全可靠。

Structural design of the People's Court of Nanjing Yuhuatai District

Abstract: The People's Court of Nanjing Yuhuatai District has a structure height of 31.65m and a plane size of 44.4m × 49.4m, it's a reinforced concrete frame structure. Each floor of the third to seventh floors is cantilevered by 9.1m along the west side. The structure of the cantilevered part is that the cantilevered steel beams extend from the frame columns. At the same time, a cable tie rod is set on the column to tie the distal end of the cantilevered steel beam, and a steel column is set on the cantilevered end to form a spatial force-bearing system. The slabs on the second floor are largely missing, resulting in irregularities such as slab discontinuities and through-floor columns. Through PKPM and MIDAS softwares, elastic time history analysis, dynamic elastoplastic time-history analysis, anti-progressive collapse analysis, slab stress analysis, slab comfort analysis were carried out. The results show that the structure meets the requirements of normal service limit state and bearing capacity limit state, and the key components of frame column supporting diagonal tie rod, diagonal tie rod and cantilever steel beam meet the based-performance seismic goals, the structure is reliable and safe.
