摘要:运河亚运公园体育馆由幕墙外围护钢结构、内馆混凝土框架结构和屋顶空间网架结构组成。其中幕墙外围护钢结构由玻璃幕墙斜交网格钢结构和叠合金属幕墙围合结构组成。介绍了玻璃幕墙斜交网格钢结构自方案阶段到最终施工图实施过程中,结构方案的迭代优化过程:先对于建筑方案斜交网格的NURBS控制曲面,进行了不影响建筑效果的降阶处理等优化;再通过对于斜交网格典型横剖面的简化计算模型受力分析,确定了顶部水平约束、底部固接的支座约束形式,及增大中部区域抗弯刚度的结构布置原则;最后根据整体结构受力及变形分析,采取了在部分不外露区域用竖直杆件代替斜交网格,在斜交网格两端设置通高格构柱,并在斜交网格中间区域增加一道桁架梁与两端格构柱形成整体等措施,有效减小了斜交网格竖向压缩变形和水平外鼓变形,优化措施合理有效。

Abstract: Canal Asian Games Park Gymnasium is composed of the facade envelope of steel structure, the concrete frame structure of the inner hall and the roof space truss structure. Facade envelope of steel structure is composed of a glass facade diagrid steel structure and a metal facade envelope structure. The iterative optimization process of the structural scheme from the planning stage to the final construction drawing of the glass facade diagrid steel structure was discussed: firstly, for the NURBS control surface of the diagrid of the architectural scheme, optimizations such as order reduction without affecting the architectural effect were carried out; then through the force analysis of the simplified computational model of the typical cross section of the diagrid, the top horizontal constraint and the bottom fixed support boundary condition and the structural arrangement principle to increase the bending rigidity of the middle area were determined; finally, according to the analysis of the whole structure's force and deformation, vertical rods were adopted to replace the diagrid in some non-exposed areas. Two latticed columns were set at both ends of the diagrid, and a truss beam was added in the middle area of the diagrid to form a whole structure with the latticed columns at both ends, which effectively reduces the vertical compression deformation and horizontal bulging deformation of the diagrid. The optimization measures are reasonable and effective.
