摘要:既有建筑加固改造分析容易忽略建筑物已经建成这一特点。为了研究既有建筑托梁拔柱加固改造工程的分析方法,分别按照新建建筑与既有建筑对某14层钢筋混凝土框架加固改造工程进行了施工模拟分析。通过对比结构常用的施工模拟方法(一次加载、施工模拟一、施工模拟三)与全过程施工模拟的差异,探讨了现行托梁拔柱设计方法的不足,基于结构建造和后续改造相结合,提出了既有建筑托梁拔柱的全过程施工模拟设计方法,并通过与施工模拟三计算结果对比验证了该方法的必要性。最后,进一步对比分析了采用增大截面法加固转换柱时,按照联合截面和整体截面进行计算的异同点,建议应按联合截面法进行计算,以考虑新旧截面的应变滞后效应。

Full-process construction simulation analysis of existing building with column removing and beam supporting

Abstract: It is easy to ignore the feature that the building has been completed in the analysis of reinforcement and renovation of existing buildings. In order to study the analysis method of reinforcement and renovation project of existing building with column removing and beam supporting, the construction simulation analysis of a 14-story reinforced concrete frame reinforcement and renovation project, regarded as a new building and an existing building respectively was carried out. By comparing the differences between construction simulation methods commonly used for structures(one-time loading, construction simulation Ⅰ, construction simulation Ⅲ) and full-process construction simulation, the deficiencies of the current design method of column removing and beam supporting project were discussed. Based on the combination of construction stage and renovation stage of structures, the full-process construction simulation design method of existing buildings with column removing and beam supportingwas proposed, and the necessity of the method was verified by comparing the calculation results of construction simulation Ⅲ. Finally, the similarities and differences of the results calculated by the combined section method and the whole section method column were compared and analyzed when the conversion column was strengthened by the method of increasing section. the combined section method was suggested to be used for the calculation to consider the strain hysteresis effect of the new-to-old sections of the transition column.
