摘要:上音歌剧院结构采用独特的阶梯状隔振层布置方式,通过位于三个不同标高处的124个钢弹簧隔振支座将核心功能区(包括观众厅、乐池和舞台)与地下室结构弹性连接,大幅降低结构的竖向频率,远离地铁振动的主要频率区段。地铁振动控制中采用频域分析和时域分析两种方法,对工程隔振效果进行了评价与比较。结果表明,隔振系统在地铁振动的主要频率区段具有20dB以上的减振效果,地铁过车时引起的铅垂向加速度峰值将减小90%以上。上音歌剧院投入使用前,现场振动实测结果表明,在地铁通过时,北侧舞台最不利部位经隔振后的最大铅垂向振级仅为48.8dB,实际振级减小约20dB,验证了隔振系统的有效性,核心建筑功能得到了充分的保障。

Metro vibration control for Shangyin Opera House

Abstract: A creative approach of terraced vibration isolation system was utilized in the structure of Shangyin opera house. The core functional part, including the auditorium, orchestra pit and stage, was connected elastically with the basement structure by 124 steel spring isolation bearings in three different levels. The vertical frequency was greatly reduced and far less than the main frequency range of the metro vibration. For the metro vibration control, frequency domain analysis and time domain analysis were conducted and the vibration control effect of the system was evaluated and compared. The results show that the vibration isolation system has a vibration reduction of more than 20 dB in the main frequency range of the metro vibration, and the peak vertical acceleration caused by metro train passing will be reduced by no less than 90%. Before the opening of the Shangyin Opera House, on-site vibration test results indicate that the maximum vertical vibration level of the north stage under the worst condition is only 48.8 dB, with approximate 20 dB reduced by the isolation system during the metro train passing. Therefore, the effectiveness of the isolation system is verified, and the core architectural function of the building is fully guaranteed.
