摘要：为适应老龄化社会需要，我国目前有大量多层既有住宅正在进行增设电梯的升级改造。就既有住宅增设电梯设计中遇到的前期技术资料收集、现场勘察、设计中结构形式选择原则、电梯与主体结构连接方式、新增电梯设计使用年限、结构计算总信息参数、结构计算结果分析、地基基础设计、上部主体结构设计、节点做法、增设电梯设计等常见问题进行了归纳总结及深入探讨，供工程技术人员参考。

Toughts on common problems of adding elevators in existing residences

Abstract: In order to meet the needs of aging society, a large number of multi-storey existing residences are being upgraded by adding elevators. The common problems encountered in the design of additional elevators in existing residences were summarized and discussed in depth, such as collection of preliminary technical data, site survey, selection principle of structural form in design, connection method between elevator and main structure, design service life of newly added elevator, total information parameters of structural calculation, analysis of structural calculation results, foundation design, upper main structure design, joint method, common problems in the design of additional elevators, etc., which provides reference for engineering and technical personnel.
