摘要:宛平剧院属于空间复杂的大型观演类公共建筑,存在楼板大开洞、楼屋盖大跨度等技术难点,同时需要满足装配式建筑的要求。通过钢结构与混凝土结构的分析论证,最终结构主体采用钢结构,并针对楼板大开洞、大跨度钢结构、大空间围护结构侧向稳定等难题提出了解决措施。对结构进行设置黏滞阻尼墙的阻尼方案与刚性方案进行对比分析,最终选择钢框架-中心支撑-黏滞阻尼墙体系。通过设计优化减小结构刚度、增加结构周期、提高阻尼比,有效地降低了地震作用,提高了结构抗震性能,同时节省了用钢量,降低了结构造价。采用PERFORM-3D软件进行了结构罕遇地震弹塑性时程分析,结果表明,黏滞阻尼墙在罕遇地震下能够正常工作,耗能曲线饱满,结构满足性能目标要求。

Structural design and application of viscous damping wall in Wanping Theater

Abstract: Wanping Theater is a large-scale public building for performance with complex space. It has technical difficulties such as large openings in floors and large-span roofs. At the same time, it needs to meet the requirements of prefabricated buildings. Through the demonstration of steel structure and concrete structure, the final main structure adopts the steel structure, and the solutions were put forward according to the difficulties of large openings in floors, large-span steel structure and large space envelope lateral stability. According to the analysis and comparison between the viscous damping wall scheme and the rigid scheme, the steel frame central support viscous damping wall system was finally selected. Through design optimization, the stiffness of the structure was reduced, the period of the structure was increased, and the damping ratio was increased, which effectively reduces the seismic action, improves the seismic performance of the structure, saves the amount of steel and reduces the cost of the structure. The elastoplastic time history analysis of the structure under rare earthquake was carried out by using PERFORM-3 D. The analysis results show that the viscous damping wall can work normally under rare earthquake, the energy dissipation curve is full, and the structure meets the performance target requirements.
