摘要:常熟龙腾希尔顿酒店造型独特,采用框架-剪力墙结构,存在高位收进、双塔连体、平面超长、穿层斜柱等多项不规则。介绍了其结构方案、主要分析结果和性能化设计,包括控制标准、温度及地震作用的影响等。针对工程的特点,结构设计通过多程序仿真,进行了高位收进-连体影响分析、连接体钢曲梁多尺度应力分析、温度和地震作用下的楼板应力分析等专项分析,采取了一系列相应措施,保证了结构的安全可靠和经济合理。

Design of complex connected out-of-code high-rise structure in Changshu Longteng Hilton Hotel

Abstract: Changshu Longteng Hilton Hotel is unique in shape and adopts frame-shear wall structure. There are many irregularities such as high incorporate, double-tower connection, super-long plane and inclined column through layer. The structure scheme, main analysis results and performance-based design were introduced, including control standards, temperature and earthquake action. In view of the characteristics of the project, the structural design was carried out by multi-program simulation. The special analysis was carried out, such as high-level income-connector effect analysis, multi-scale stress analysis of connecting steel curved beams, and floor stress analysis under temperature and earthquake action. A series of corresponding measures were taken to ensure the safety, reliability and economic rationality of the structure.
