摘要:苏州新湖明珠城商业体天幕钢结构为树状柱支撑网壳结构,屋面网壳形状为自由曲面,采用三角形网格。各分支构件的极限屈曲荷载和树状支撑杆件的计算长度系数采用屈曲分析计算。对树状柱构件采用二阶直接分析法进行复核,计算结果表明:与计算长度系数法对比,二阶直接分析法所得相应构件的应力比增大,网壳结构宜采用直接分析法设计。针对结构整体稳定性,进行了线性与非线性全过程整体屈曲分析,同时采用二阶直接分析法考虑双非线性进行对比,以此从多角度了解整体结构屈曲失稳的行为,保证结构有足够的安全储备。对部分失效分支进行抗连续倒塌分析,提出加强措施,以提高结构的安全性能。对关键节点进行优化设计,并进行有限元分析,以提高节点连接的可靠性。

Abstract: Suzhou Xinhu Pearl City commercial skycurtain steel structure is a tree-shape column supporting reticulted shell structure. The shape of roof mesh shell is free-form surface and triangular mesh is adopted. The ultimate buckling load of each branch member and calculated length factor of tree-shape members were obtained by using the buckling analysis. The second order direct analysis method was used to check the tree-shaped column members. The calculated results show that the stress ratio with second order direct analysis method of the corresponding members increases comparing with the calculated length factor method, the second order direct analysis method should be used to design the reticulated shell structure. In view of the overall stability of the structure, the whole process of linear and nonlinear global buckling analysis were carried out, and the second order direct analysis method was adopted to consider the double nonlinear comparison, so as to understand the buckling behavior of the whole structure from multiple angles and ensure that the structure has enough safety reserve. The anti-continuous collapse analysis of partial branch failure was carried out, and the strengthening measures were put forward to improve the safety performance of the structure. The key nodes were optimized and the finite element analysis was carried out to improve the reliability of node connection.
