摘要:鲁南高速铁路日照—临沂段RLTJ-4标沂河特大桥采用CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道,设计速度350km/h,预制无砟轨道后张法预应力混凝土双线简支箱梁,采用单箱单室等高度形式。CRTSⅢ型无砟轨道结构由钢轨、扣件、预制轨道板、自密实混凝土、限位凹槽、土工布隔离层和钢筋混凝土底座等部分组成。桥上轨道结构高度为742mm,正线铺设跨区间无缝线路。通过揭板试验对无砟轨道施工工艺进行研究,并总结相关施工经验,形成无砟轨道施工工艺。经过专家评审,本项目采用无砟轨道施工工艺具有可行性,可确保无砟轨道施工质量。

Study on Construction Technology of Ballastless Track of 350km/h High-speed Railway

Abstract: CRTSⅢ slab ballastless track with a design speed of 350 km/h and prefabricated ballastless track post-tensioned prestressed concrete double-line simply supported box girder with single box single-room equal height form are adopted for RLTJ-4 Yihe Extra Large Bridge on Rizhao-Linyi section of Southern Shandong High-speed Railway. CRTSⅢ ballastless track structure consists of steel rails, fasteners, prefabricated track slabs, self-compacting concrete, limit grooves, geotextile insulation layer and reinforced concrete base. The height of the track structure on the bridge is 742 mm, and a cross-section seamless line is laid on the main line. The ballast test is used to study the ballast track construction process, and relevant construction experience is summarized to form a ballast track construction technology. After expert review, it is feasible to use ballastless track construction technology for this project, which can ensure the quality of ballastless track construction.
