基于Revit平台的风口自动选型及布置软件开发

摘要:设计了一套基于空间负荷计算结果的风口自动选型及自动布置方案,并基于Revit平台开发了风口自动选型及自动布置程序。该程序可以读取待进行气流组织计算空间的负荷计算结果,手动输入气流组织计算所需的送风温差、空间类型、送风类型等信息。程序自动进行该空间的气流组织计算并列出适合该空间的多种送风口选型及布置方案,设计人员可根据需求选择风口布置方案,由程序自动进行风口布置;在进行风口布置的同时,气流组织计算的结果会自动写入所布置风口及进行气流组织计算的空间中。一方面,避免了暖通空调风系统设计中风口的重复性布置工作;另一方面,也避免了基于BIM模型的暖通空调风系统设计流程中气流组织计算脱离模型本身,从而使气流组织计算结果需要重新写入模型的多余工作。

Air outlet automatic selection and layout software development based on Revit platform

Abstract: This paper designs a set of automatic selection and automatic layout scheme of air outlets based on the calculation results of space load, and develops an air outlet automatic selection and automatic layout program based on the Revit platform. This program can read the load calculation results of the space to be calculated for air distribution, and manually input the information such as air supply temperature difference, space type, air supply type and other information for air distribution calculation. The program automatically calculates the air distribution of the space and lists a variety of air outlet selection and layout schemes suitable for the space. The designer can choose the air outlet layout plan according to the needs, and the program will automatically arrange the air outlet. While arranging the air outlet, the results of the air distribution calculation will be automatically written into the arranged air outlet and the space where the air distribution calculation is performed. On the one hand, it avoids the repetitive arrangement of air outlets in the design of the HVAC system. On the other hand, it also avoids the redundant work that the air distribution calculation is separated from the model itself in the HVAC system design process based on the BIM model, so that the air distribution calculation results need to be rewritten into the model.
