基于动态负荷特性分析的办公建筑空调系统内外分区设置方法研究

摘要:对于外立面窗墙面积比大、人员密度高的办公建筑,外区冬季在部分时间也存在冷负荷需求,空调系统配置如忽略此因素可能会导致系统无法按个性化需求调节冷热量,容易出现外区过热的问题。本文针对典型办公建筑标准层进行动态负荷计算及负荷特性分析,为办公楼内外区空调系统的配置方式提供合理化建议。

Interior and exterior zoning method of air conditioning system in office buildings based on dynamic load characteristic analysis

Abstract: For the office buildings with large window-to-wall ratio on the external facade and high personnel density, the exterior zone also has cooling load demand in some time in winter. If this factor is ignored in the air conditioning system configuration, the system may not be able to adjust the cold and heat according to the personalized demand, and the exterior zone may be overheated. Through the dynamic load calculation and load characteristic analysis of typical office building standard floor, this paper provides reasonable suggestions for the configuration of air conditioning system in the interior and exterior zones of office buildings.
