摘要:汕头市小公园开埠区骑楼建筑是潮汕建筑文化的代表,由于建筑年代久远,结构安全性能退化严重,需以修旧如旧的原则对其进行修复加固。根据鉴定结果,增设了筏板基础加强基础的整体性,对混凝土框架构件进行了裂缝修补,并采用外包钢加固,形成钢管柱、格构钢柱、格构钢梁。不考虑原有结构的承载能力,整体结构按钢格构式框架结构设计,提高建筑的综合抗震能力。楼板全部拆除,并按原材料恢复为混凝土楼板或木楼板。木楼板区域设置水平支撑以传递楼层水平力,增强主体结构整体性。建筑物加固后续使用年限不少于30年。一期加固范围已全部竣工,加固效果良好,成为当地市民体验历史文化熏陶的必去之地。

Abstract: The arcade building of Trading Port Area of Shantou Small Park is the representative of Chaoshan architectural culture. Due to the long history of the building, the safety performance of the structure is seriously degraded, it needs to be repaired and strengthened according to the principle of repairing as old as old. According to the appraisal results, the raft foundation is added to strengthen the integrity of the foundation, the cracks of the concrete frame members were repaired, and the steel cladding was used to strengthen, forming steel pipe columns, lattice steel columns, and lattice steel beams. Without considering the bearing capacity of the original structure, the overall structure was designed as a steel lattice frame structure to improve the comprehensive seismic capacity of the building. All floor slabs shall be removed and restored to concrete floor slabs or wooden floor slabs according to raw materials. Horizontal supports are set in the wood floor area to transfer the horizontal force of the floor and enhance the integrity of the main structure. The subsequent service life of building reinforcement shall not be less than 30 years. Phase I reinforcement scope has been completed, and the reinforcement effect is good, making it become a must-go place for local citizens to experience historical and cultural influence.
