摘要:中南大学湘雅医院新院区主体结构采用带转换层的钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构体系,存在扭转不规则、平面凹凸不规则、刚度突变和尺寸突变、构件间断以及局部穿层柱等5项超限情况。针对结构的超限情况,结构设计制定了合理可靠的性能化设计目标,采取多项加强措施以提高重要构件及节点的设计标准,并采用多种计算软件对结构进行小震弹性分析、等效中震分析和大震动力弹塑性时程分析。结果表明,结构体系布置合理,具有良好的抗震性能,结构整体指标、关键构件和一般构件均能满足预设的抗震性能目标。

Over-limit structure design of the Xiangya Hospital New Campus of Central South University

Abstract: The main structure of Xiangya Hospital New Campus of Central South University adopts a reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure system with a conversion layer, which has five over-limit conditions, such as torsional irregularity, plane concave and convex irregularity, sudden change of stiffness and size, discontinuous member and partial through-layer columns. In view of the over-limit conditions of the structure, a reasonable and reliable performance-based design goal was established, and a number of strengthening measures were taken to improve the design standards of important components and nodes. A variety of calculation softwares were used to analyze the structure for small earthquake elastic analysis, equivalent moderate earthquake analysis and large earthquake dynamic elastic-plastic time history analysis. The results show that the structural system is reasonably arranged and has good seismic performance, and the overall index of the structure, key members and general members can meet the preset seismic performance target.
