工程造价改革背景下结算证据链构建研究

摘要：构建完整的证据链是工程结算的前提。基于工程结算的证据资料，提出工程结算证据链构成要素、构建逻辑及技术要求，并给出保障证据资料规范性的建议，推动工程造价改革的顺利实施。

Research on Construction of Settlement Evidence Chain under the Background of Project Cost Reform

Abstract: A complete evidence chain is the premise of project settlement. This article starts with the evidence data of project settlement,proposes the elements,construction logic and technical requirements of the evidence chain of project settlement. Puts forward suggestions on how to ensure the standardization of the evidence data,so as to promote the smooth implementation of the project cost reform.
