大型机场航站楼建设全过程工程咨询组织管理创新研究
摘要：依托国内首个引入全过程咨询服务模式的大型机场航站楼改扩建工程项目，探索采用“融合式”创新组织管理模式联系建设单位和全过程咨询单位，最大化发挥双方各自优势，在项目实施过程中实现优质管理成效，为全过程咨询服务的发展和机场建设相关工作提供参考。

Discussion on the Organizational Management Innovation of Whole Process Engineering Consulting of Airport Terminal Construction
Abstract: Relying on the first large-scale airport terminal reconstruction and expansion project in China that introduces the whole-process consulting service mode,the paper explores the use of “integrated” innovative organization and management mode to connect the construction unit and the whole-process consulting unit,maximize the respective advantages of both parties,and achieve high-quality management results in the project implementation process,provides reference for the development of consulting services and airport construction related work in the whole process.
