U形三维热管在醋酸纤维厂纺丝空调系统节能改造中的应用

摘要:醋酸纤维厂生产工艺对纺丝车间的温度和湿度均有较高的要求,纺丝空调需要常年连续运行,每年均有相当长的时间其空气处理过程存在冷热抵消的现象,能耗较高。提出增设U形三维热管改造纺丝空调系统的方法,利用系统既有热量再热空气,替代蒸汽再热。以再热温升4℃为条件的计算结果表明,热管的预冷作用使表冷器的实际用冷量降低了约28.0%,节能效果显著。

Application of U-type three-dimensional heat pipe to energy saving transformation of spinning air conditioning system in acetate fiber plants

Abstract: The production process of acetate fiber plant has high requirements for the temperature and humidity of the spinning workshop. The spinning air conditioning system needs to be operated continuously all year round. The phenomenon of cold and heat offset exists in the air treatment process for a long time every year, and the energy consumption is high. A method of retrofitting spinning air conditioning system by adding U-type three-dimensional heat pipe is put forward. The existing heat of the system is used to reheat air instead of steam reheat. The calculation results under the condition of reheat temperature rise of 4 ℃ show that the precooling effect of heat pipe reduces the actual cooling capacity of surface cooler by about 28.0%, and the energy saving effect is remarkable.
