一种新型装配式悬挑轻钢模架施工平台体系

摘要:提出一种新型装配式悬挑轻钢模架施工平台体系,该新型施工平台由轻钢模架支撑系统、轻钢模架与剪力墙连接系统以及模架施工平台防护系统构成。轻钢模架支撑系统采用轻型方钢管三角桁架结构,长细比较大的压弯杆件采用局部钢管混凝土加强构造。采用高强螺栓附墙节点作为轻钢模架与剪力墙连接系统,将施工平台体系与装配式剪力墙相连。模架施工平台防护系统由脚手架框架以及施工模板平台构成。所提出的新型施工平台体系结构设计合理,支撑系统以及节点构造牢固可靠,工业化与装配化程度高,特别适用于装配式剪力墙结构的建造、设备安装以及外墙装饰等工程。

A New Prefabricated Trussed Bracing Cantilever Light Steel Construction Platform

Abstract: A new prefabricated trussed bracing cantilever light steel construction platform is proposed. The construction platform is composed of light steel bracing system, wall-attached joints system and safety enclosure system. The light steel bracing system adopted the square steel tube triangle trusses, the local concrete-filled steel tube is used to strengthen the bending bar with large slenderness ratios. The light steel bracing system was connected with the prefabricated shear wall through wall-attached joints by high-strength bolts. The safety enclosure system was consisted of scaffold frame and construction forms. The new prefabricated trussed bracing cantilever light steel construction platform has the advantages of reasonable structure design, reliable bracing system and joint structure, high degree of industrialization and assembly. The new construction platform is especially suitable for prefabricated shear wall structures, equipment installation, and exterior wall decoration.
