从首都机场到北京大兴国际机场看工程建造施工技术发展

摘要:结合首都国际机场T3航站楼和北京大兴国际机场航站楼工程的建设,介绍我国航站楼工程施工建造技术的发展。测量仪器设备的数字化程度显著提高,BIM技术在施工建造过程中得到了充分应用,实现了全专业的三维建模;施工机械化、自动化程度提升,工程装配化程度提升;智慧建造水平发展迅速,工程建立了智慧平台,在人员管理、现场安全隐患排查、机械管理、物资管理、造价管理等方面取得良好效果;采取多项绿色设计、绿色施工举措,节能减排效益显著。随着信息技术的发展,航站楼建设也必将会迎来新的技术创新与应用,减少施工资源消耗,降低劳动强度,提高工作效率,以满足绿色可持续发展的要求。

Development of Construction Technology From Capital Airport to Beijing Daxing International Airport

Abstract: From the construction of Capital International Airport T3 Terminal and Beijing Daxing International Airport, this paper introduces the development of construction technology of terminal project in China. The digital degree of measuring instruments and equipment has been improved significantly. BIM technology has been fully applied in the construction process, and the full professional 3 D modeling has been realized. The degree of mechanization and automation of construction is improved, and the degree of engineering assembly is improved. The level of intelligent construction has developed rapidly, and the project has established an intelligent platform, which has achieved good results in personnel management, on-site safety hazard investigation, mechanical management, material management, cost management, etc. Taking a number of green design and green construction measures, the benefits of construction energy conservation and emission reduction are remarkable. With the development of information technology, the terminal construction will also usher in new technology innovation and application, reduce construction resource consumption, reduce labor intensity, improve work efficiency, in order to meet the requirements of green sustainable development.
