中国内地与中国香港工程建设组织模式比较

摘要:从工程建设主体间关系、工程咨询制度、工程承包制度三方面对比了中国内地与中国香港的特点,进一步明晰了建筑师负责制和工程总承包模式的优势,并结合中国内地推进这两种制度的政策及试点情况提出了完善工程咨询制度和完善工程总承包的建议。

Comparison of Project Management Organization Modes in Mainland China and Hong Kong SAR

Abstract: This paper compared the relationships between project participants, engineering consulting system and project procurement system in Mainland China and Hong Kong SAR. And it further clarified the advantage of the architect responsibility system and the engineering procurement construction(EPC) system. Some suggestions such as improving the engineering consulting system and the general contracting system are proposed based on the policy and pilot situation which being combined with the above two systems when pushing on in Mainland China.
