大型体育场馆钢结构网架内风管滑移安装技术

摘要:结合青海省海东市体育中心项目,介绍了大型体育场馆钢网架内风管滑移安装技术。与搭设满堂架或使用登高车安装风管方法相比,该技术可降低大量施工成本,缩短施工工期;与传统风管固定方法相比,可减少振动及噪声;有效解决传统安装带来的施工周期长、支架生根难、操作难度大等问题,实现无设备层的钢网架内风管安装施工。

Slippage Installation Technology of Wind Pipe in Steel Structure Grid of Large Stadium

Abstract: Combined with the project of Haidong Municipal Sports Center of Qinghai Province, a slip installation and construction technology of wind pipes in the steel grid of large-scale stadiums is introduced. Compared with the methods of installing wind pipes with full roof frames or using high-rise vehicles, the novel technology mentioned in this paper can save a lot of construction costs and shorten the construction period. And it can also reduce vibration and noise compared with the traditional fixation method of wind pipes, effectively solving such problems as having long construction cycle, being difficult to root out scaffolds and being difficult to operate, etc., hence realizing the installation and construction of wind pipes in steel grid without equipment layer.
