周围环境含水率对钢筋套筒灌浆料竖向膨胀率影响研究

摘要:针对灌浆施工前混凝土面层是否需洒水湿润、洒水湿润是否对钢筋套筒灌浆料竖向膨胀率有影响等问题,选取市场上常用的3种钢筋套筒灌浆料,进行周围环境含水率对其竖向膨胀率影响的研究。结果表明,周围环境含水率对灌浆料竖向膨胀率的影响与灌浆料组分有关,且影响存在不确定性。现场灌浆施工前,需对灌浆料进行检测,明确周围含水率对其竖向膨胀率的影响,进而确定是否需要洒水湿润。

Research on the Influence of Ambient Water Content on the Vertical Expansion Rate of Steel Sleeve Grouting Materials

Abstract: Aiming at questions of whether the concrete surface needs to be sprinkled with water before grouting construction, and whether the sprinkling wetness has an effect on the vertical expansion rate of the steel sleeve grouting material, three commonly used steel sleeve grouting materials on the market are selected to study the influence of ambient water content on its vertical expansion rate. The results show that the influence of the ambient water content on the vertical expansion rate of the grouting material is related to the composition of the grouting material, and the influence is uncertain. Before on-site grouting construction, it is necessary to test the grouting material to clarify the influence of the surrounding moisture content on its vertical expansion rate, and then determine whether it needs to be wetted by sprinkling water.
