基坑支护全护筒咬合桩钢筋笼定位施工技术

摘要:针对基坑支护咬合桩在全护筒搓管机施工时易发生钢筋笼上浮的情况,研究钢筋笼混凝土饼定位技术。通过在钢筋笼底部加焊混凝土扁圆柱体抗浮板,与钢筋笼形成一体,下放至桩孔底部,初灌时连续注入的混凝土压覆于抗浮板上,对钢筋笼整体施加一个持续增加的压力,可有效抑制灌注混凝土造成的钢筋笼上浮。

Positioning Construction Technology of Reinforcement Cage for Full Casing Occlusion Pile of Foundation Excavation Support

Abstract: In view of the situation that the reinforcement cage of the foundation excavation support occlusive pile is prone to floating during the construction with full casing pipe rolling machine, a positioning technology of reinforced cage concrete plate is studied. The floating of the steel cage caused by pouring concrete can be effectively inhibited and avoided by first welding the concrete flat cylinder anti-floating plate at the bottom of the reinforcement cage and making it integrated with the cage, then decentralizing both of them to the bottom of the pile hole, injecting the concrete continuously during the initial irrigation to overlay it on the anti-floating plate, thus applying a continuous increase of pressure on the steel cages as a whole.
