考虑规模差异的建筑企业数字化转型关键路径研究
摘要：在考虑规模差异的情境下，将建筑企业群体划分为大型和中小型两类，分析这两类建筑企业在数字化转型发起阶段、实施阶段、协同阶段的驱动力因素，在此基础上提炼对数字化转型影响程度较大的驱动力因素，并据此提出不同规模的建筑企业进行数字化转型的关键路径，希望为建筑业企业的数字化转型提供参考。

Research on the Critical Path of Digital Transformation of Construction Enterprises Considering Scale Differences
Abstract: In the context of considering the difference in scale，the paper divides the group of construction enterprises into two categories：large sized，small and medium-sized，and analyzes the driving factors of these two types of construction enterprises in the initiation stage，implementation stage，and collaboration stage of digital transformation.Gains the driving factors that have a greater impact on transformation，and based on this，proposes the key transformation paths for digital transformation of construction enterprises of different scales，hopes to provide reference for the digital transformation of construction enterprises.
